How much snow before you come?

2.5 cm (1 inch). On the monthly plan, we come on our own. You don't need to call.

How fast will my driveway be cleared?

Within 12–24 hours after the snow stops. In a long storm, we wait until it stops, so you get one clean clear instead of half a job.

Do you work in extreme cold, like −35°C windchill?

Yes. We warm up our machines and take short breaks to stay safe. On the very coldest days, we may come closer to the 24-hour mark.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. You pay month to month. Cancel before your next month starts and you won't pay again.

What if cars are parked in the driveway?

For a full clear, please move vehicles off the driveway when snow is in the forecast. If a vehicle is there when we arrive, we clear carefully around it. We never touch or move vehicles. Check City of Saskatoon parking bans before parking on the street.

What happens when winter ends?

In spring we switch to yard care. Snow customers get first pick of summer spots, and we send you a written price for your yard. Snow plans return in November.

Monthly Snow Pass: $200 per month, month-to-month, cancel anytime before your next billing month. Single Pass: $45 per visit. Service covers the driveway and front walk; steps are not included. On the Monthly Snow Pass, we come automatically when 2.5 cm (1 inch) of snow falls and finish within 12–24 hours after the snow stops. Your rights under The Consumer Protection and Business Practices Act (Saskatchewan) are not limited by these terms.
